According to research on genital vascular engorgement in response to visual stimuli, women are actually physiologically aroused by dick pics. But there is not a strong correlation between genital and self-reported arousal in women, which has perplexed a lot of researchers. I am of the opinion this is due to slut-shaming and other cultural inhibitors. But maybe it’s something else.
