Bc they haven’t been developed. Female sexual physiology is very poorly understood due to a lack of research. The research that has been done conflates psychology with physiology so much that it is impossible to get objective results. There are a lot of problems with how female sexual dysfunction is evaluated which are ultimately informed by sexism. The truth is that viagra does help with engorgement problems in women, but that’s all. In that sense viagra for women is just viagra. They have not developed any drugs to target female genitals. They only created a drug to target our brains and increase desire. I personally find this heinous as desire should be seen as separate from sexual function. I think physical and psychological problems should be evaluated separately, as they are for men. The integrated approach leads to a focus on psych. The biggest “cure” for female sexual dysfunction, as classified, is often just education.
