Even worse, the anatomy and physiology of female sexual response is lacking. Even where the research has been done, such as with clitoral anatomy, it fails to get disseminated.

Nearly two centuries after detailed drawings of clitoral neurovascular anatomy were first made, it remains omitted from OB/GYN textbooks and journals, and unknown even to surgeons operating on this anatomy.
