Faith in institutions needs to drop. What I see is too much blind faith and too little questioning. From media publications to medical literature, nothing is trustworthy.

It seems like you could build apps to fact check things. Especially in medical journals, it seems like you could use AI to enforce a standard of referencing primary sources to avoid what resembles a game of telephone, by which information gets distorted, at the expense of the patient.
