How can we give value to ideas? A lot of people are very good at generating ideas but very bad at executing. Their ideas might get lost in a word doc, only to be executed by someone else nearly a decade later.

Then again, I think most ideas come from a need to solve current problems so they generally come to fruition even if the first dozen or so people who conceive of them don’t execute.
