There is likely nothing that can be done, especially if the injury is not very recent. But you could try seeing a urologist. The main problem here is that there basically are no specialists for this. Ignorance is pervasive. The fact that your doctor told you your clitoris “looked fine” is evidence of that. I was also told my clitoris “looked fine.”

Stories like yours really matter. OB/GYNs will Tahoe they shouldn’t have to learn this anatomy because women don’t have problems with their clitorises. But you are not the first I have heard from regarding this. One woman who contacted me on Twitter told me about how she had struggled to get answers in the wake of a clitoral injury. She said it was a relief when they at least confirmed, via nerve testing, that it wasn’t all in her head.
