I don’t think this is true. My needs are different because I have clitoral nerve damage. Even though I can’t feel cunnilingus, a lot of guys insist on doing it, which can get annoying (even when I tell them not to, which actually is a consent issue on some level). I don’t think I’ve ever had a guy not try to stimulate my clit in some way, and I have had a lot of casual sex. But what I need is for them to watch me use my vibrator, and that gets a little more awkward because some guys get upset that they can’t make me orgasm. In my experience, guys aren’t really selfish so much as they are clueless. If you tell them what to do, usually they’ll do it. My issue is harder though.

What I was saying is that clitoral stimulation normally happens during foreplay as a means of getting the woman to have sex in the first place.
