I ranked all the guys I’ve slept with. Guess who got #1? My most serious boyfriend. No one else is any better looking than him. Most of the other guys I’ve actually dated were in the top 20%. So for me it works the opposite of how this theory would imply. I do worry this trend could change as I get older. Personally I do not want to be hooking up casually with anyone who doesn’t think I’m at least attractive enough to date. I hope this hasn’t happened. I actually am starting to worry I’m losing my looks.

Over the years, guys who have expressed more serious interest in me have been the ones I liked best. Ironically, the biggest problem I’ve faced with guys is that I haven’t been successful. I also have historically seen everything as temporary. So one of my exes was really looking to get married, but I was mainly dating him for temporary fun.
