I should not require credentials to get surgeons to stop operating on vulvas blind to basic anatomy known since 1844.

I personally was mutilated. It is absurd to say I should have to get trained as a surgeon just to get medical leadership to acknowledge omitted anatomy and stop medical mutilation caused by systemic negligence.
