Lol this doesn’t have to be (and shouldn’t be) a physical move. Though it really depends on the body part. In the above situation, the man touches the woman’s waist. Generally, this is an acceptable first step. Touching her breasts or butt would not have been an acceptable first step. He also says, “I’ve been waiting for you all night.” Nothing about this is sexually aggressive, but it is perhaps suggestive. This is the kind of signal I might actually miss if the guy was not attractive. Rather than perceiving it has harassment, I just would not notice.
