Maybe they should base it on body fat percentage or something then.

The problem is even higher hematocrit levels give them an unfair advantage.

Does not going through male puberty keep them from being taller? I don’t think it does …

For things like high school sports, I suppose it doesn’t really matter. But in more serious cases, it does.
