No. That is only how many girls under 18 had surgeries performed by plastic surgeons who are members of ASPS. The numbers ASPS reports do not include OB/GYNs, who I believe do the vast majority of these procedures.

OB/GYNs are far more financially incentivized to do them and concerns will more often be brought to them as they are trusted primary care practitioners.
