Okay but people can feel and express anger without yelling or acting out with violence. Do you understand the difference?

To calmly say, “I am angry about this, this, and this.” is fine. Anger can be useful in that it can help motivate people to take action to solve problems.

Also, it has been well-established that men are comfortable expressing anger, but uncomfortable expressing other emotions. It is other emotions that are more often suppressed.
