  1. Already over the page limit for the chapter
  2. Too many other things to focus on
  3. They just don’t think they should have to know that
  4. They think they already know it because they don’t know enough to know what they don’t know
  5. Constant narrative about how women are emotional causes psychological considerations to eclipse anatomy and physiology of sexual function
  6. Prevention doesn’t seem to have much value, those liable for harm are not responsible for the standard of care
