The illustration looks exactly like FGM because the external genitals were censored on purpose by the male Nigerian medical illustrator “to prevent embarrassment” (his words!).

Female anatomy should not be censored because of taboo, but that is exactly what the illustrator did. And you think I’m “racist” simply for standing up to anatomy illustrations that look like FGM because female anatomy was censored on purpose? What about the sexism inherent in censoring female genitals?

So much of what they say to slander me is demonstrably and obviously false to anyone with a brain.

1. The point of a maternal anatomy illustration like that is to show the female anatomy, not the “black baby.” Note none of the black baby’s internal anatomy is shown.

2. The illustration is obviously midline. Note the urethra. It should be embarrassing that so many medical professionals claimed it was off center in s desperate attempt to attack me.
