They want to deliver babies. I have gotten in arguments with two male OB/GYN residents on Reddit who have said this anatomy shouldn’t be in their textbooks and that female sexual physiology is just not as interesting as male physiology. I think if GYN and OB were separate, you wouldn’t be seeing this problem.

It’s really bizarre because I would think most straight guys would be totally interested in sexual physiology. I know that men I know in my personal life have been supportive. But then again, one guy said thinking about clitoral nerve action potentials was a “boner killer.”
