This is why I cannot get most OB/GYNs to recognize clitoral neurovascular anatomy isn’t in their textbooks. Sometimes even when I show them cadaver dissections, they still don’t get it. Then, once they do get it, they start rationalizing that the omission is justified. Then even if they agree there is a problem, they will not speak up because they don’t want to offend their colleagues.

It is easier to teach a random layperson the anatomy of the clitoris than to teach a doctor. The doctors refuse to see what’s there because they assume if there was something worth knowing, they would know it already. It’s beyond insane.
