Wait, why can’t this dude just stop being a womanizer/asshole? Sometimes I think guys who are knowing womanizers/assholes will call themselves feminists as a way to “balance” it, to justify the behavior. They might do it also so that women let their guard down and allow them to be bigger assholes than they could otherwise get away with being.

My biggest womanizer/asshole ex made a point to call himself a feminist. He made a point to say he wants a strong, successful partner. Women like me are just for stringing along for 4 months and using for sex. I should have known he could never date someone like me seriously because a guy like him needs an equal — he’s a feminist after all.
