Wanting to “obliterate the patriarchy” just means wanting to make it so men and women age equal in society rather than having men as the dominant gender. There is nothing “anti-male” about this. The patriarchy is anti-female. Equality, by definition, requires obliterating the patriarchy.

Differentiating between biological sex and gender isn’t anti-male either.
