I lacked the female spunk; I didn’t know how to interact. Every tease felt personal. I hated to deal with tension of any kind. I was always worried about how girls “really” perceived me…and what intentions they had behind their smiles. When drama surfaced, it exhausted me! Fights left me so drained, I’d disconnect from girlfriends for days.
