Why are men so invested in saying women have low desire, women need emotional attachment in order to have good sex, etc? How is this not basically the same thing as slut shaming?

Also, the article literally explained how women are not asking for what they want/need in sexual encounters. When you make it all about emotional bullshit, you invalidate the importance of physical needs. If sex were culturally as framed around female pleasure and orgasm as it is male, you would not see this.

Studies have shown that the benefits of masturbation are not equivalent to those of sex with another person.

As for “feminist propaganda,” as women have gained power and freedom in society, differences in sexual attitudes and behaviors have converged. Though it is difficult to say what differences are truly rooted in biology, what is clear is that female sexuality has historically been repressed in patriarchal society.
